I guess I'd forgotten how long it takes to lose the last few pounds. Looking back at history on here, I can see what an effort it was. So my 'letting go' in December and January is costing me months of effort and frustration in trying to get back to where I want to be. It's only a few pounds, but I know I need to lose them so that they don't start to accumulate again. That's how weight gain happens, little by little. My lesson to learn is: don't let go, it isn't worth it. A couple of days of is okay, but 2 months?? No.
