Ya Allah pengen nangis😭😭 setelah hampir sebulan naik turun disitu2 mulu, akhirnya dia ngiri lumayan jauh. Aku biasanya nimbang 2 kali seminggu tp jadi ga keliatan beda nya, akhirnya skrg mutusin buat seminggu sekali aja. Dan terkejut aku terheran2 hampir 2kg terhempas seminggu ini :'))) bisa lumayan banyak krn kemungkinan gara2 minggu ini bab lagi lancar. Alhamdulillah. Fat percentage berkurang 2% 💪💪💪
