1 bulan BB stuck dan obatnya ternyata donor darah bisa bikin turun BB perlahan2... semangat 60 hari lg bisa donor lg 🤩🤗
66.4 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
