oh no... but in my defense, not excuses.. I had the stomach flu one week & car broke down the next so I didnt get to the gym like usual. Burned less calories all month, and when I could eat & drive again..I chose comfort food, or sadly..food on the go. Gonna have to work out harder, regain focus on my goals, & commit to eating correct, healthy portions this month to make it up and keep those scale numbers going ⤵
83.5 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
