Setelah seminggu diet sarapan dan makan mlm pake buah , makan siang normal , bb turun 1.7 kg, hr ini hari pertama diet dg herbalife , Mudah2 an lancarrrrr
56.3 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
