我發現,每天吃一點澱粉體重比較容易下降欸🤔🤔🤔

平常就是應該都有澱粉類食物,吃點澱粉是好事啊,幫助身體代謝,也比較不容易因為突然吃了澱粉類而復胖或身體不舒服,選擇優質澱粉來源和控制量不要太多就好👍👍
