早餐:肉彈吐司1份、拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)
午餐:富樂水果麥片50克+無糖希臘式優格150克、蘋果1顆
下午茶:烏弄鮮百香多多無糖去冰、紅豆湯、鳳梨
晚餐:起司牛奶鍋(牛肉)、臭豆腐3塊、紅茶、乖乖軟糖2個
56.2 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.8 kg a Week
