一個禮拜少吃“因食慾感降低”+微運動
以前成效會下降1~2

早餐
果汁=鳳梨200+蘋果100+水100/蒸黃豆80.桂圓葡萄乾吐司50.雞蛋吐司20.紅豆吐司20
友送的吐司快消滅了

午餐 麵店小菜“涼拌雪裡紅.小黃瓜.粉肝.海蜇皮.花椰菜”+白飯半碗+粉腸湯
小菜剩下粉肝.雪裡紅一半跟一顆滷蛋吃不下打包帶走

晚餐
無糖豆漿豆花

夜2點醒來……睡不著 =>茶米茶/瑜伽+滾輪

早體重49.1體脂23.8
晚體重49.5體脂24.3*21點*/48.9、24*2點*
