午餐:Nisoro 黑蒜頭山藥菌菇雞湯、春捲原味微糖
下午茶:一芳大甲芋頭鮮奶
晚餐:蟹肉玉米濃湯
56.7 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.1 kg a Week
