早餐:富樂水果麥片50克+無糖希臘式優格180克+小蘋果1顆、拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)
午餐:春捲(芝麻微糖)
下午茶:地瓜一條、鳳梨切片3塊
晚餐:自助餐(炸雞肉1塊、炒菜豆、番茄炒蛋、炒綠花椰菜、炒高麗菜、醬炒杏鮑菇)、小上海炸雞肉3塊、鳳梨切片3塊、豬肉紙一些
56.5 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
