mother's day weekend was a real festival of cheating on my diet. I was afraid to even weigh myself. I've been strict on my diet all week and if i'm here today I can only imagine how high I was then from the cheating.
67.5 kg Lost so far: 26.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
