午餐:鍋燒意麵(麵3/4,湯喝2口)、核桃餅乾2塊
下午茶:鳳梨幾塊、豬肉紙一塊
晚餐:玉米蛋餅、西瓜、炒青菜、炒螺肉
56.5 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
