早餐:富樂水果麥片50克+無糖希臘式優格180克+小蘋果1顆、拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)
午餐:NiSORO 松露麵捲、茶葉蛋
下午茶:吳寶春肉鬆麵包、藍莓一些
晚餐:蚵仔、丸子蛤蠣湯、炒菜豆、炒青菜、sky 比利時巧克力蛋糕一片、西瓜一些
56.8 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
