This morning I woke up at 9am then I exercise [dancing exercise] at least 60 minutes started at 10 am - 11 am then I have my brunch at 12 pm with 1 scrambled egg with half a cup of rice and a sliced of pineapple.
117.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 36.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
