消耗泡麵碳水中。。。
只是單純恢復正常飲食
不吃加工品就降了0.7
所以還是吃原型食物最重要
寧願吃一碗咖哩飯 也不吃泡麵了😅
中餐~自助餐 晚餐~南洋豬肉飯
今天博物館免費 所以遊故宮南院
勤奮手臂運動+核心+深蹲
看電視 洗頭也在動😆 諾麗果粉+1

真的~~我也不吃泡麵的,況且泡麵很貴不便宜也沒什麼內容物

哈哈哈確實 總是想念以前泡麵的味道 但真的大不如前 又貴。。每次都失望 還是別浪費吃別的食物 肥的比較開心😆😆😆
