Karbonhidrat ağırlıklı besleniyorum ve pek ağırlık çalışmıyorum. Genelde vücut ağırlıklı, hiit. Sanırım aksini yapsam kilo vermem hızlanacak. Fakat şöyle ki, yağ yaktığımı hissediyorum. Kontrol ettirmek gerek.
