早餐:富樂水果麥片50克+無糖希臘式優格180克+小蘋果1顆、拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)
午餐:乾意麵1/2碗(加老干媽醬)、炸土魠魚1塊、西瓜、好市多奶油大理石麵包幾口
下午茶:好市多巧克力大理石麵包2/3份
晚餐:周氏蝦捲(乾麵1/2碗、肉燥飯1/2碗、黃金蝦餅1塊、蝦捲半根、紅茶半杯)
56.3 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
