Well I realized yesterday on my first day of doing the WW diet that I totally overeat! By 4pm I used 24 points. By the end of the night I ate 26 points and I went to bed early so I wouldn't eat anymore. I'm just excited to get a handle on this now instead of 10 more lbs later! WAHOOO... I love this site
