富樂水果麥片50克+無糖希臘式優格180克+蘋果1顆、拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)
下午茶:好市多奶油大理石麵包
晚餐:鹹酥雞、蓮霧
56.8 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
