午餐:燒肉便當(白花菜、油菜、滷蛋半顆、燒肉、飯1/2)
下午茶:巧克力蛋糕1片
晚餐:正忠排骨飯(飯1/2)
56.9 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
