午 公司和菜=菜脯蛋50.滷五花肉有點肥30.煎魚50.白飯30.自己帶皇帝豆100.

晚餐 蒸物=秋葵100.雞胸30蒸蛋1.山藥200.生豆包30.另炒蝦米綠瓜,同事給的瓜。

早 體重48 體脂22.5
晚 體重49 體脂24
