Just ate a delicious piece of French toast! Only one, but that's all I need not to feel denied. I know I couldn't go happily this long on a regime with many restrictions. I need to know I can eat any of my favourite foods within reason. Even 2 ounces of wine, when I want it, is satisfying. The price of the calorie count is my harness.
