terharu akhirnya nyentuh kepala 6😭😭 alhamdulillah

@risang aku diet nya on off wkwkw. Juli-agustus start di 90kg, jadi 81 (turun 9kg). Abis itu makan berantakan lagi dan bb sempet naik smp 85-86 tp untung balik lg ke 81. Mulai lagi 3 maret 2019 smp skrg (hampir 3 bulan) turun 12kg
