Well phooey! I would have sworn I had lost a couple of pounds last week. That's disappointing, but on a positive note I do feel like my clothes are fitting better. So the added cardio and strength/stretching workouts are helping. Gotta to remember that I am gradually making a lifestyle change. It's not a race to reach a number on the scale, but creating and maintaining healthy habits. I can do this.
94.3 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Scale does a poor job of measuring fat loss. Clothes are much better at that.
