今天老公給休息 睡到下午2點😄
4點多吃第一餐 一路吃到8點
結果還是一天兩餐哈哈哈
手部運動*2組 拉筋抬腿*2組
今天少量吃一片吐司 半碗炒飯
67.8 kg Lost so far: 12.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.9 kg a Week
