Well, it's been a while, but I'm back. I started my diet again today, and all is going well so far. I resisted my fast food desire today and had the lunch I prepared for today. I really want to lose this extra weight I've put on, and kept on, for so long now. Plus, we just booked a summer cruise, and I am not getting into a bikini until I lose at least 10 pounds! That's my motivation....
