今天健走耶!但太早我爬不起來😅
領了衣服帽子 +餐盒 +熱心的芒果
芒果今天吃半顆 太餓先吃麵包了
中午又拿到滿月油飯+蛋糕 還有肉粽
整個加速肥胖的節奏
晚餐簡單吃 虱目魚湯 幾口飯
所以睡前有點餓😔
假日都是爆肥計畫 +運動 諾麗果粉
68.7 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.5 kg a Week
