早餐:富樂水果麥片50克+無糖希臘式優格180克+小蘋果1顆、大杯無糖豆漿
午餐:Bodis花生醬豬排三明治、無糖拿鐵
下午茶:櫻桃15顆、好市多鹹甜口味爆米花
晚餐:炸薯餅1塊、雞肉、炒竹筍、螺肉涮
57.3 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
