早餐:富樂水果麥片50克+無糖希臘式優格180克+小富士蘋果半顆、拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)
午餐:白飯半碗、炒高麗菜、炒四季豆、醬燒豬肉、紅地球葡萄10顆
下午茶:豬肉餡餅1/3、吉拿棒2/3根、西瓜
晚餐:德國豬腳一些、竹筍排骨湯、吉拿棒1/3、森永牛奶糖雪派3/4
57.4 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
