This is what I don't like about dieting. The yo yo ups and downs all the time. Emotional Highs and lows. I lose, gain, lose, gain. And it know it's because of what I am eating. At least I'm not lying about what goes in my mouth. I am accountable for everything but sometimes I just cant help it! More Water...More exercise!
