30lbs GONE!! I was shocked this morning to see that after the holiday foods that I did do well and actually lost. As of Dec 24th I've been on this journey for only 3 months and NEVER expected to lose this much yet.
I know I haven't been on in a few weeks, between work and the holidays, it's been very busy in my world. I hope everyone had a safe and wonderful Christmas.
