alhamdulillah masih bisa turun (dikit) walau sudah melalui 2 hari lebaran dengan makan yg mendekati - lebih dikit dari 1300 cals. semangat lagi! nanti kalau sudah sampai 52 bulet, kita challenge bodynya sampai 50 kg.
52.6 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
