Having been out of town the last several days, I was expecting a gain -- did not stay on program at all, though I still tried to make better choices. Traveling and then visiting homes of others makes it difficult. I guess I'm still in control of what goes into my mouth, but the options are hard. Pizza for supper, biscuits/gravy for breakfast -- these are things I don't have in front of me at home, but while visiting others, are all too common.
I'm home again for a few days and will do my best to get back on track. Unfortunately, I'm gone all next week. :( Suggestions on how to deal with that?
