keep the water. jd airnya kudu tetap dijaga disekitaran 2,7-3 liter per Hari. supaya tubuh tdk berkerut Dan kering. lebih Aman masak sendiri krn bisa ditakar garam & Jenis minyaknya. buah & sayur tetap prioritas utama. msh kurang protein. 2,1 kgs down in 5 days. good job, tetap semangat.
