早上完成了一場65分鐘的跑步機和500下跳繩,還有20分鐘內的高間歇&肌力運動~
午餐雞胸肉、水煮鮪魚,用墨西哥餅皮包起來,沾酪梨醬和花生醬,燙些金針菇和木耳,然後一杯代餐飲品加上希臘無糖優格,飽足!👍🏿👍🏿讚
