aku nih udah 1 bulan lebih (tepatnya sblm puasa ramadhan) bb stuck diangka 60.4kg, mau nurunin sekitar 5kg lagi kok susah amat....apakah intake kalori harus dikurangin lagi? atau harus diakalin dengan intermittent fasting tapi dengan jumlah kalori yg sama?
60.4 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
