Thanks for your support. In total, I've lost 36.8 lbs since November 1 according to my doctor, but I just started tracking here these last few months. It has been a real struggle for me....I have a bad hip, now barely walking with a cane....sometimes wheel chair. I have 25 more lbs to lose before the Dr will do a hip replacement.....because I can't ride my bike or walk, it's coming off so slowly and it's discouraging to me. Any tips anyone could give to me is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
