Boy, I have not had a good weight loss in quite some time. I suppose the reason could be that I am not concentrating on the program nor am I writing down what I am eating. Need to get back on track. This is getting so hard. I so much do not want to slip back into my old habits of eating but they sure are lurking around the corner, licking their chops, just waiting for me to come running back! I really need to exercise but can't find the motivation to do that, either. The weather here has not been the best; rainshowers and storms everyday. I sure hope August brings a change!
