早餐:焗烤火腿全麥厚片、微糖豆漿
午餐:紅燒牛肉麵(拉麵1/2)、鱸魚湯、炒空心菜、奇異果
下午茶:玉文芒果
晚餐:好市多鹹甜爆米花一些、有機鮮銀耳+全脂鮮奶
57 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
