Ok so I reset my profile.. or at least I think I did...I got discouraged and took a break.. really slacked off.. still did my diet but did it half way... kinda counted here and there... kinda payed attition to this and that... snuck a tootsie roll here and there.... but you know what? After 3-4 months and I only lost 10 lbs... that is not good enough for me... so I am going ot try something else... I need to get motivated... I am going to look into natural herbs to see what is out there to help me with my motabolism... ginsing, type thing... acai berry.... do a colon clense... and a supplament diet... it is going to be very hard... cause i love food... But I am tired of not being happy with me! So wish me luck follow me along with my jurney... choose to be my firend and give me words of incouragement and advise! Lord knows I will need the push to get through this! Whey protine/ protine supplament breakfast and lunch, healthy around 300cal low carb dinner and lots of water.... I work nights so a night snack is a must... so I will figure that out but 3....2....1.... here I go!
