真好,還活著看到這節節上升的體重和體脂肪,心存感謝🙏
不解的是,明明昨天就運動了,真的也沒有亂吃,
只是水喝少了,排便不順⋯
阿我就不知道哪個環節出了問題🤨🤔🤔
是旅行美食後勁大爆炸嗎?
