早餐:焗烤火腿全麥厚片、全脂鮮奶
午餐:竹筍粥、炒地瓜葉、滷三層肉3塊、無糖豆漿
下午茶:有機鮮銀耳1瓶
晚餐:厚片牛排(麵1/2)、牛肉清湯、紅茶
56.7 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.1 kg a Week
