午餐:番茄鍋燒意麵1/2、鮮奶茶1杯
下午茶:去籽芭樂半顆
晚餐:南豐雞絲飯+高麗菜(半份飯)
56.8 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
