午餐:沙茶鍋燒麵一些、培根蔥抓餅半份、薯條一些、鮮奶茶半杯
晚餐:絲瓜魚丸、滷肉2-3小塊、炒地瓜葉、玉文芒果
56.8 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
