august is going to be my best month yet and i'm excited. since one of my best friends is spending the next three weeks at fitness ridge, i told her that i would give it my all for the next three weeks as well and hopefully that will carry me through to my second marathon in october. i have not been training as hard as i should, but i still have time.
61.0 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
