I can't wait to get this weight back off - I feel my best at 142 but it is a little hard for me to stay there. I'm done with starving and deprivation so it will take a little time and I need to be patient. Also, I have the bike ride for MS this weekend; I hope to complete 100 miles on Saturday and 75 on Sunday, so it is important for me to eat healthy this week!
