午餐:滷肉飯、燉豬心湯
下午茶:自己打的酪梨布丁牛奶、好市多鹹甜爆米花
晚餐:粉漿做的玉米蛋餅+甜辣醬
56.8 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
