udah lama ga nimbang, kmrn ke klinik sekalian numpang nimbang. ternyata udah 46kg, terakhir 50kg (tp udah lama bgt sih lupa kapan). gapercaya awalnya krn masa iya udah 46 aja, kirain selama ini cuma turun 1-2kg an doang. ternyata defkal+workout kecil2anku berhasil alhamdulillah😇
46 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
