好討厭,體重居然一天就多出0.4kg......
是昨天吃的重量太多嗎?不然熱量攝取也不算爆表阿!?
感覺可能會在58kg這間房停留一段時間......
58.3 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
