Leaving this morning for my Grandpop's funeral out in PA. I am determined to stick to my WW points and exercise. This will be a challenge within itself since it is a 2 day drive just to get there, I know I can find smart healthy choices, it's just easier sometimes to find junk to eat. I will record everything for my 10-15 pd. weight loss challenge when I get back on Tuesday.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
